    Fairouz Yahiaoui is a Money-Market Portfolio Manager at Ostrum Asset Management. She began her career in 2005 as an Assistant Portfolio Manager at CPR Asset Management in Paris. Between 2007 and 2016, she worked within the Amundi Group, first as a Money Market and Short-Term Credit Portfolio Manager, and later as Head of Treasury Management. She joined La Banque Postale Asset Management in November 2019 as Head of Money Market Management, before joining Ostrum Asset Management in 2020 as a Money Market Portfolio Manager. Fairouz holds a Masters in finance and a graduate diploma (DESS) in finance from Paris-Evry.

    Florence Poncharal is a Senior Fixed Income Product Specialist at Ostrum Asset Management. She began her career in 1993 as an intermediate broker for the investment branch of Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC), and later became a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager for capital investments of CDC. She joined the BPCE Group in 2005 as a portfolio manager specialized in credit, bonds, derivatives products and structured credit investments (CLO). She joined Ostrum Asset Management (previously Natixis AM) in 2009 as a Credit Portfolio Manager and was appointed Fixed Income Product Specialist in 2011. She holds a 'Bank & Finance' advanced degree in banking and finance from the University of Paris X, graduated in finance from the International Capital Market Association (ICMA), holds a Master’s degree in Management from ESSEC Business School, and holds the CFA ESG certificate.

    Harry Geels is werkzaam bij Auréus als Senior Investment Adviseur. Hij is daar medeverantwoordelijk voor de research naar en selectie van beleggingsfondsen. Ook is hij Adjunct-Hoofdredacteur van Financial Investigator. Hij is verder parttime Docent bij het Actuarieel Instituut. Geels behaalde in 1994 zijn Master Financiële Economie aan de VU Amsterdam. Hij schrijft zijn columns voor Financial Investigator op persoonlijke titel.

Binnen IBS draagt hij de verantwoordelijkheid voor de selectie van beleggingsfondsen voor beursgenoteerde strategieën.
