    Achal Gandhi is Chief Investment Officer for Indirect Real Estate Strategies at CBRE Investment Management, where he is responsible for investment strategy, performance, and the overall direction of the Indirect business. With the firm since 2008, Gandhi has built his career across a broad range of disciplines: executing European transactions, scaling the Indirect business's global separate accounts platform, and serving as Global Head of Portfolio Management before assuming the CIO role in 2020. He also sits on the firm's Executive Committee, contributing to strategy at the enterprise level. Previously, Gandhi was a European Real Estate Analyst at Bear Stearns International. Prior to this, he was a Manager at Deloitte in the Banking & Securities Department. He began his career in the real estate industry in 2004. Gandhi earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University College of London. He is a Senior Manager under the FCA's Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SMCR) and holds the SMF3.

    Damien Marichal joined DPAM in 2006 as a Fund Manager for sustainable European listed real estate. He started his career in 1993 at Puillaetco as Sell-Side Equity Analyst before moving to Petercam as a Sell-Side Equity Analyst going on to work in financial control for the Petercam Group. He holds a Master’s in Business Engineering from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management. He is a certified European Financial Analyst from CEFA.

    Ella Gude is Head of Investment Strategy and Asset Allocation at BNY Advisors. Previously, Gude served as Head of the fixed-income and Co-Head of Real Return at BNY Investments Newton. Gude is also a voting member of the BNY Global Investment Council. Gude has contributed to the GIC’s tactical asset allocation views from the Council’s inception at the firm. Gude joined Newton in July 2023 bringing over 23 years of experience in managing a variety of fixed-income portfolios. Gude was previously a senior investment manager at Pictet Asset Management on the global bonds team. Prior to that, Gude held investment management positions at Wellington Management and Invesco Asset Management. Gude was recognized as one of the 50 leading women in hedge funds for 2019 and a Top European Fund Manager by Morningstar in 2026. She is an active advocate of developing and nurturing talent in the industry. Gude holds an Executive MBA from the University of Cambridge. She holds a MSc in International Finance and a BA Hons degree in Business Finance. In addition, she is a CFA charterholder.

    John Campbell is a Senior Portfolio Manager for the Custom SMA team and Head of the Systematic Core Equity team at Allspring Global Investments. He joined Allspring from its predecessor firm, Wells Fargo Asset Management (WFAM). Before WFAM, Campbell served as a Portfolio Manager at Placemark Investments, covering quantitative research and product development. Earlier, he served as a premium service representative at Fidelity Investments. Campbell began his investment industry career in 1994. He earned a bachelor’s degree in nuclear engineering from Texas A&M University and a master’s degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University. He has earned the right to use the CFA® designation.

    Karen Watkin is a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager for the Multi-Asset Solutions business in EMEA. Along with being Portfolio Manager for the All Market Income Portfolio, she is responsible for the development and management of multi-asset portfolios for a range of clients. From 2008 to 2011, Watkin was Portfolio Manager for the Index Strategies Group, responsible for the development and management of AB's custom index strategies for institutional clients in EMEA. Watkin holds a BA in Economics with European study from the University of Exeter and is a CFA charterholder.

    Lazare Hounhouayenou has been an equity portfolio manager since 2014. In this position he manages BNP Paribas Europe Strategic Autonomy, alongside our Europe Next Tech fund and micro-cap funds. He is also involved in collective management of Dividend, Value and Growth European equity strategies.​ Prior to this he worked in CamGestion, a former BNPP AM partner (2010-2014). Hounhouayenou joined BNP Paribas Fortis in 2008 as a sell side financial analyst. Between 2005 and 2008, he was a sell side financial analyst at Oddo Securities and led the IPO process of several microcap companies.​ Hounhouayenou holds a Master degree in Finance from ESCP Europe and earned a certification from the Principles Responsible Investing Academy. He is based in Paris.

    Luc Aben has been working in the field of asset management and asset advice in the Netherlands and Belgium since 1992, including 23 years at Van Lanschot Kempen. He started his career as an Equity Analyst, gradually moving towards macroeconomics and investment strategy. Since 2012 he is Chief Economist of Van Lanschot Kempen. In this role he is co-responsible for allocation choices in asset management and investment advice. He also provides economic input for steering the bank's own balance sheet.

    Norman Villamin joined UBP in November 2015 as Head of Investment Services and Treasury & Trading of UBP Zurich, shortly after which he was appointed Chief Investment Officer (CIO), Wealth Management. In 2023, he assumed the global role of Group Chief Strategist in which he is responsible for elaborating the Bank's long-term investment strategy and developing investment convictions for the Bank’s Global Investment Committee. Villamin has over 20 years of experience managing wealth both on an advisory and a discretionary basis. He was previously Chief Investment Officer for Coutts International, Head of Investment Analysis & Advice for Citi Private Bank in the Asia-Pacific, Head of Asia-Pacific Research for HSBC as well as Head of Asia-Pacific Strategy for Morgan Stanley based in Hong Kong and Singapore. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a master’s in Business Administration from the University of Chicago.

His expertise focuses on designing robust investment portfolios for institutional investors, combining scenario thinking, disciplined execution and a strong focus on their long-term objectives.

Before that, he was Head of Global Macro at EDF Trading and spent five years at Goldman Sachs International as a Global Economist. Ahmed holds a PhD and MPhil in Economics & Finance from the University of Cambridge and a degree from Lahore University of Management Sciences, Pakistan.

From 1998 to 2009, de Klerk worked as Director Multi Management and Director Institutional Clients at ING IM Europe. He started his career at Robeco. De Klerk studied Economics at the University of Groningen and Finance and Investments at the University of Exeter, UK.
